American Heart ASSOCIATION CPR and first aid Classes Offered
Heart Saver
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs CPR Training verification for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency. These classes are only offered as a hybrid style of instruction, you will complete the online classroom portion and have your skills verified with one of our instructors. Skills verification allows for additional education time to answer questions and provide
Heart Saver CPR, AED and First Aid (adult or pediatric)
The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. We offer a pediatric only course specifically for those involved with child care or child supervision. We will issue you an eCourse ( no text book required), which is completed at your own pace, then we will meet to complete the skills.
Heart Saver CPR AED and First Aid SKILLS ONLY
If you have purchased an AHA Heart Saver eCourse elsewhere, completed it and just need your skills verified, this is the course for you. We meet, complete your skills and issue your card within 24 hours of completion of skills.
Heart Saver for K-12 Students, Staff, and Faculty
The K-12 Heart Saver Course has the identical teaching and educational goals, but is geared for students, teachers, faculty and staff of K-12 schools. We aim to conduct these courses all in person, especially for younger learners, and still provide an officially recognized AHA Heart Saver CPR, AED, and first aid certification.
Heart Saver CPR, AED and First Aid K-12
The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. This all in person course includes all course materials, including reference materials students get to take home! We can offer these K-12 courses at a discounted rate, and the per person cost goes down with the more students enrolled in the class.
BLS Provider
These classes are offered as in person instruction, or hybrid style of instruction. The AHA’s BLS Provider Course is designed for healthcare providers and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings or for those in a healthcare training program. This program does not specifically include First Aid.
BLS Provider Initial Certification (all in person)
This is an all in person class and requires a minimum of 3 students in order to run. If you already have the book, you do not need to purchase it from us. The book does need to be the current version of the AHA BLS Provider Book.
BLS Provider Renewel Certification (all in person)
Like the Inital provider course, this is an all in person class and requires a minimum of 3 students in order to run. If you already have the book, you do not need to purchase it from us. The book does need to be the current version fo the AHA BLS Provider Book.
Heart Code BLS Provider Initial Cert (classroom is online)
We will issue you a Heart Code online course for the BLS provider. This eCourse is self paced and once you complete the online course, we will complete your skills in person and issue your card within 24 hours.
Heart Code BLS Provider SKILLS ONLY
If you have already completed your online heart code course elsewhere and just need your skills verified, this is the course for you. Skills verification only, with card issued within 24 hours.
Stop the Bleed Trauma Training
Stop the Bleed Add on Training
If you are already enrolled in one of our CPR classes, you can add on this Stop the Bleed Certification. This class which can be offered all in person or hybrid teaches the basics of managing life threatening bleeding and hemorrhage control.
Stop the Bleed Stand Alone Training
This class which can be offered all in person or hybrid teaches the basics of managing life threatening bleeding and hemorrhage control.
Custom Courses
We offer custom courses for those who need certification outside of our scheduled courses. Fees vary by course, please contact us to schedule!
